I’ve been making some headway in Shack A, which will eventually be my wife’s sewing and hobby room. The floor is mostly clear, and I have boxes of stuff marked “Sell” and a box marked “Keep.”
Some weeks back I listed six keys from my collection on eBay. One buyer ended up buying all six of the keys. While I had reasonable Buy It Now prices, he wisely noted that I take offers, and the truth is I was willing to negotiate. He made great offers on the keys and I gladly accepted his offers!
They all arrived at their destination safely, I’m glad to report.
I have plenty more to list, and need to list at least that many more as soon as possible.
I’ve decided I’m done with the Kenwood hybrid rigs — I’m going to sell the two Kenwood TS-520 variants I have, as well as the TS-530S, along with the VFOs. I’m going to have to shoot some video, it seems buyers like to have a video “tour” of the radios I sell. I’m not unhappy with the Kenwoods, not at all, but I’m done with my stint using them — though I may decided to keey my fully functional TS-520.
